STYLE / 71

last weekend i spent a few days relaxing in palm springs with a bunch of fellow graphic designers. as freelancers, there is so much we can all learn from each other so it was nice to lounge by the pool and talk it all out. it was a good brain break.

we also went vintage shopping and i found a few treasures, including this!

when i go to palm springs, i feel like i am put in a time warp and i love it. i decided my teal leather skirt (although the weather was scorching) needed some action, so i paired it with my vintage bathing suit and a pair of low patterned pumps. maybe i wouldn’t have worn this on an average day in los angeles, but it sure felt right that day.

and here’s where you can find the raen optics sunglasses! i am really wanting THIS pair too.

if you are looking for a nice palm springs getaway, try the ace hotel. or my favorite…the parker!

i came across your blog a few weeks ago, and i think it is so great. your style is really cute and fresh. i made a goal recently to try to wear more bright colours and patterns, to get away from the same monotones, so it’s nice to see your outfits for inspiration. anyway, just thought i’d say hi!
