favorite font website:
i’m a frequent user of what the font. i am attracted to a lot of type is see out in the world so i snap pictures and upload them to the site. it doesn’t always work, but it’s nice to have.

a site you might not know about:
amass blog
a collection of beautiful type and design

a designer i love:
i have a design crush on the team at house industries

a resource i can’t live without:
my google reader. everything i want to read and save in one place.

is a great place to build a stylish portfolio for free!

that kelli anderson is legit!

a resource i can’t live without:
i might be late to the game, but i just found out about using google images to track down my photo sources (so that i can credit properly!) if you simply drag the photo over the magnifying glass here, it will bring up all the places that photo lives on the internet. pretty cool.

    Thanks for sharing! I plan on spending the day looking at those awesome fonts at youworkforthem. Spell check on resourses though. Or was that intentional?

    Agree with you guys! I’ve been using Google Images for a long time, so helpful:)
    If would also recommend designspiration.net, found there lots of interesting pics and illustrations.

    Katie, I am so glad you are a Google Reader user too! My boss just mocked me the other day saying that only old men use Google Reader. I swear by it!

    Great tips. I’ve always wondered about how to find out the names of fonts. I knew about google images, but didn’t know to drag the image over the magnifying glass. Including this link in my Sunday Coffee Sippin’ reading post. :)
