LA FOOD GUIDE / DINNER
a few months ago i put together an LA Breakfast Food Guide…a list of a bunch of my favorite places to start the day. people seemed to enjoy it and gave me a lot of great recommendations as well.
again, I am sure you have heard me talk about quite a few of these spots, but hey it’s nice to have them all in one spot to reference. I tried to give a nice variety in case you wanted to go on a food tour one week. I always think it’s fun to spend a week trying all new restaurants, it makes you feel like you are on vacation in your own city.
i’ve had such great memories at all of these restaurants, i hope you try some of them out! and be sure fill me in on your favorite LA eats, ok? (mine are mostly east side / downtown area)

and make sure to take a look at my LA breakfast guide here!

Bri! I love this! So perfect when you want to go out, but can’t decide where! I will for sure use this as a future reference. I have been to Church & State, and their pate platter is just divine!

When I lived in dtla, my favorite place to eat was Wurstküche! I’m so happy to see it on your list of faves!! I could never muster up the nerves to try one of the exotic sausages- I would get either the mango jalapeno or chicken apple. Don’t forget to order an apple pie ice cream sandwich for dessert! Next time I visit LA I’ll be trying out some of these spots I never got around to. Thanks for the wonderful guide Bri

What is that pretty font that you’re using for supporting text? (i.e. Vietnamese Wok Tossed Noodles)

My favorites are all west side!
Pitfire Pizza in Marina Del Rey (but I think they have a downtown location now?)
Wood Cafe in Mar Vista for breakfast
Abbot’s Habit on Abbot Kinney in Venice
And most importantly, Cafe Brasil in Mar Vista. ITS SO GOOD. You HAVE to try it, I can’t get over it. And trust me, the designer in you will LIVE for the inside of the place!

Looks like some good ones that I have not tried yet on this list! They just opened a Umami Burger in our neighborhood and I’m not lying when I say it’s probably the best burger I’ve ever had.
