SIMPLE TIMES
in the midst of trying to wrap up projects before the holidays, and start new ones for the 2012. it’s hectic. which i know i should be happy about. and i am. however sometimes it’s hard to keep your head above water. and there are times i sort of just wish i had nothing to do at all…

Sit back from the computer to catch a breath for a moment. Close your eyes, take a deep breath (through your nose) and lower your shoulders. (Try to not think about anything but your breath). This always helps me when I am feeling overwhelmed.

Oh I know that feeling…but find that a few days off for the holidays help snap me out of the funk
