STYLE / 18

i’ve had bigger problems than having an adorable dress that is absolutely see-through. but hey, it’s still a real problem! i like to wear this mumu topslip to save the day. angela shot these photos by one of my favorite buidlings near my house. it’s number 544 and it’s got a ton of character. ang told me that it’s always sunny in philadelphia shoots there sometimes. which is pretty cool.
so i would wear this dress to brunch with friends. maybe to enjoy a good bottomless mimosa deal somewhere. it’s casual but won’t make you feel frumpy. and i like to add a colorful belt to it, because i think it makes it a bit more interesting. but hey, what do i know?

Love that slip! Thanks for sharing – I typically skip buying stuff because of the see-thru issue.

[...] i’ve said it many a times, i hate my wardrobe. i think come december i’m going to really start sewing more. and not just bags, but like shirts and pretty striped dresses! i really want to make lingerie too, sexy little delicate things from like hand dyed vintage lace. was talking to l about taking a pattern making class, but maybe i should do a refresher sewing class first. So awesome- I picked up a dress almost exactly the same as this one a couple days ago at a thrift store and I was feeling pretty uninspired about it all….not anymore though! yay!!!

I love those flats! I wish I could see a close-up of it. Do you think you could tell me what kind of Steve Madden’s they are? I’d appreciate it

So cute! I’ve been to that spot too. As you likely know, it’s where they shoot the outside shots of Patty’s Pub for It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia!
