I love!!! the I Dream of Zebra. As a blonde, blue is most definitely my color. I’d wear this with boyfriend jeans, my red wedges, and fearlessly mix up the prints with my red/creamy indian print scarf. Yow!

  • 2. Jenny  |  July 12th, 2011 at 6:25 am

THERE’S TOO MANY CHOICES!!! Haha. I guess if I have to choose just one, my first choice would be IDREAMOFZEBRA. But I also love Tie-Dye Pinkers & Brandenya. Over jean shorts would be my first choice of stylization, but since I don’t own any jean shorts, I’d put it over my plum colored bermuda’s. Or even my peach colored one-piece bathing suit and lots of bangles. And probably my fedora.

The “Grandpa”. I think the name says it all… I’d pair it with cut offs and a tan just like Granps would :)

  • 4. Courtney S  |  July 12th, 2011 at 6:41 am

I’m generally a solids or stripes only person, but I LOVE the Tie-Dye Pinkers. Its such a great summer piece! I would wear this cutie over my swimsuit with some adorable wedges similar to whats pictured on the site, but as the weather cools down a bit, slip on some skinny white jeans or pastel denim. Yep. I love it!

  • 5. Savannah  |  July 12th, 2011 at 6:48 am

    I LOVE the Daleela Dot…sooo pretty! :)

I’d either pair it over a maxi dress with my favorite thrifted belt OR with a pair of skinnies, wedges and an over the top necklace. :)

    Thanks for the giveaway!!

I love the original mumu in tie dye pinkers! I would wear it with just about everything, but especially with a pair of skinny pants and a light jacket and neutral heels for work.

  • 7. Hannah  |  July 12th, 2011 at 6:53 am

I love the Idreamofzebra. I think I would wear it with jean shorts and a fun belt… I would live in this bad boy!

  • 8. Emily  |  July 12th, 2011 at 6:55 am

Love the Sandy Long Sleeve Leafy Lace! I would pair with a nude bikini top and hot Pink bottoms, something to really get attention on the beach! Wedges and a large colorful beach hat would be a must.

  • 9. laura  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:01 am

Heyyy Bri! I like the original mumu in Retro Alexa, since I love me some stripes. All summer I have been living in silky floaty tops tucked into solid skirts. So this guy would be slightly tucked into a high waisted black skirt, and sandals for the day, or cute platform heels for a party. Gold watch, gold bracelets, gold necklace. Pretty standard uniform for me :)

  • 10. stephanie  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:06 am

Definitely the neon flowers original mumu. In love with the bright colors and fem floral, flirty pattern. Just made the best apparel purchase of my life thus far: bright red, high waisted, bib-button-front shorts (think navy-esque but they’re all one color, including the buttons). I want to wear them with everything – especially this mumu! Probably throw on some gold bangles and layered necklaces, possibly tie a headscarf/bandana Rosie the Riveter style for my hair.

  • 11. Michelle  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:09 am

The ‘Retro Alexa’ from the Care for Kenya series is my favourite. I would couple it with a beige midi skirt, tan woven belt, thick gold bracelet and wedges and finish it off with nude makeup and bright orange lips. It would be my ode to an African sunset.

  • 12. michelle  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:11 am

First I have to say that I LOVE your blog. I’m a graphic design student in my fist year and your blog is a huge inspiration to me.

So I have this great obsession with graphic prints. I love them and my Mu would definitely be the Original MumuTeacup Blue. I’d wear my Mu with skinny jeans, cinch the waist with a skinny leather belt, light beige laser cut wedges, and a thick gold cuff.
I’d also dress it down, simple, with cutoffs and gladiators :)

  • 13. wishful nals  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:14 am

i love the one you’re wearing. so pretty and perfect for summer. i also really love the brandenya. i’d either match it with a belt and jeans or wear it over cut-off shorts for the perfect summertime flowy outfit!

  • 14. Chelsea  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:14 am

I am lovin’ me some tie dye pinkers. I would wear it easy to the beach or layered over a tunic length striped tank with some straight leg jeans and sparkly flats. Love!

  • 15. Aly  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:16 am

I fell i love with the Bobby TankMu-Summer Stretch right when I saw it. I envision wearing my Mumu with these printed Lime Pants I have from Urban Outfitters. I’d complete the look with a long brass necklac and brown gladiator sandals. This would be a perfect outfit for a day downtown for lunch and shopping.

  • 16. Biz  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:17 am

i LOVE LOVE LOVE the original mumu — tie dye pinkers. i’d wear it to work over some skinny pants, heels and a belt — and on weekends over my bathing suit or with jean cut offs. LOVE!

  • 17. Hannah  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:19 am

ohhh i love them all, but i would say the tribal brown is my fave. layered over a dress with some chunky wedges and an over sized floppy hat… swoon!

  • 18. robin pulsifer  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:20 am

i seriously went through their whole site (love it!) but really like the yellow butterbird the best. (i think it’s the one you are wearing too?) plus i love yellow, it makes me happy ;) oh, and i’d sytle it with white courderoy short shorts and glittery gold flats that i have and love from urban outfitters, and on my wrist, all tones of blue, fabulous bracelet my sister bought me of all vintage pieces and chunks of things… there you have it!

  • 19. Roxy  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:23 am

I LOVE the Wendy Topslip- Peacock! I would style it was a few delicate gold chain necklaces, jean shorts, some wedges and a cute braid in my hair!

    Great giveaway!

  • 20. Katie  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:31 am

I really love the Retro Alexa Mu, not only because it supports a cause that I truly care for and support and is made with local fabrics by the women in Kenya, but it’s also totally my style. I’d wear it tucked loosely in to some short cuffed black jean shorts with a big red belt!

  • 21. Cortney  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:40 am

Since I live two blocks from the beach, I would definitely style the retro alexa over my bathing suit, some cute cut offs and my floppy hat. Or to spice it up for a night out with a high waisted skirt and some fun bangles. Thanks!

  • 22. Christina  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:41 am

i’d rock the Brandenya mumu with a form fitting dress and easy sandals. and i’m sure the flowy top will get all the attention.

+ it benefits the women on kenya. can’t beat that.

    thanks!

  • 23. Colleda Monick  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:44 am

    Retro Alexa! Fantastic…

  • 24. Lauren  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:48 am

I am digging the Retro Alexa way too much for my own good!
I would wear it with my j.crew cuffed denim shorts, james avery silver bracelet, red anthro belt, mia botticelli sandals, and maybe a blazer! I would also rock it on the lake or on a cruise with some flipflops and a good read!

  • 25. Britt  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:50 am

How am I supposed to choose? I think I’d have to go with the Idreamofzebra and I’d just wear it over a bikini for a relaxing day at the beach. easy!

  • 26. Kara Gates  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:52 am

I love the Mrs. Brady!! I would wear it with my huge egyptian gold bracelet, my cut off Seven jean shorts and my tie-up braided italian sandals. Hair naturally crazy and wavy would fit very well too :) Thanks!!!

  • 27. Christa M.  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:56 am

I’d go with the Retro Alexa and toss it over my swim suit after a day at the pool with a long flowing gypsy skirt or extra-worn denim cutoffs!

  • 28. Colleda Monick  |  July 12th, 2011 at 7:59 am

Oh…I was so excited to enter that I missed the last step…most likely disqualifying me, wah! Any how, I would wear it over a little white dress that I have, or with skinny jeans, or shorts, or basically with anything as I would never take it OFF! :)

  • 29. Malori  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:04 am

I loveee the Tie Dye Pinkers mumu. I’m pretty low key this summer so I’d wear it with shorts and flats but do my hair all pretty :) .

  • 30. Bruna Mebs  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:07 am

    Grandpa
To a road trip singing “Grandpa, tell me ’bout the good old days” – Judds

  • 33. alissa  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:13 am

I love the Tie-Dye Pinkers. The colors are so summery – they’re right, it looks like an island sunset! I would definitely wear it belted with jean cut-offs and TOMS or slip it on right over my bikini at the beach.

  • 34. Liz L.  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:14 am

Thank you for introducing me to this Mumu site! They are all so cute and versitile.
I’m dying for the Mrs. Brady original Mumu. Would style it exactly like the pic you have in your post, AND/OR high-waisted-wide-leg WHITE pants, thick strappy sandals, black or brown leather bag, and a classic panama hat. Feeling inspired!!
    xo

  • 35. Ali  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:21 am

  • 36. Molliee  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:26 am

I love this shop and would live in the retro Alexa mumu! I would wear it to the beach then tied up over a maxi skirt later!

  • 37. Justine B.  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:27 am

Who knew a Mumu could be so cute! I’d rock the Retro Alexa with my electric blue bikini underneath to be beach ready always. No shorts..no pants… just the mumu.

A thick floral print 60s headband with my long messy brown hair.

    My grey Frye boots.

    That’s it…

  • 38. kelli  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:28 am

Bobby TankMu – Summer Stretch! Annnd I’d style it with some jeggings and some coral wedges. oh and a big ocean blue flower boppin on my head! :)

no lie, i’ve been wanting a mumu for a while now, preferably one with bright colors! my favorite is the “neon flowers” one. i’d wear it with jeans and strappy leather sandals. maybe even with a belt. thanks for this opportunity, bri!

  • 40. sharon garofalow  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:31 am

I would choose the original mumu in Zebra. I would style it with a bikini top and cut off jean shorts with adorable sandals. It would be super stylish and perfect for chasing my kids around the park. And then would throw on some skinny jeans and wedges for the perfect date night outfit. Who knew a mumu could be so versatile. They aren’t just for Mrs. Roper anymore!

  • 41. Allywan  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:36 am

Mrs. Brady ftw! Rock it with a tank , skinny jeans, cutout booties, and lotsa gold.

  • 42. Molly Daudlin  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:38 am

hey bri! i LOVE this contest :) i would have to choose the Original Mumu – Blue Chains. i love that it’s funky, girly and colorful. I would style it with a teeny tiny bun in my hair, tons of gold & silver jewelry (including a gold men’s watch), dark-washed jean cut-off shorts, and fantastic gladiator sandals. because it’s so comfortable, i’d wear it around my house or to a bonfire on lake michigan!

  • 43. rhianna  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:38 am

I’ve been in love with Show Me Your Mumu for so long and dying to get my hands on one!

I have about 5 favorites but my number one right now is probably the Brandenya! Love the style and love the cause. I’d pair it with cutoffs and strappy sandals.

  • 44. Holly Hilstrom  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:39 am

Retro Alexa… Sad to say. But our summer days are numbered and I think this piece would slip into my Fall wardrobe just perfectly.

  • 45. Michelle  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:41 am

Neon Flowers! I’d wear it with a super tight maxi skirt and a wide belt.

  • 46. Courtney  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:41 am

I love the “tie dye pinkers”. I would wear it with my cut-off levi’s, thief & bandit leather feather head band, and my jeffrey campbell woodies…sigh

  • 47. Melissa  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:41 am

I also love the one that you are wearing but I only see it in the tank version. Otherwise, Grandpa all the way!

I would wear mine with some wide-legged jeans. We rarely wear shorts here in San Francisco ;-)

  • 48. Caley  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:44 am

I lovelovelurrrve the Tie-Dye Pinkers. Perfect for a trip to the beach with the boyfriend! For the daytime, I’d slip it on over my swimsuit with a necklace & tonnnns of bangles. At night, I’d wrap up a bit of the fabric & tie it in a knot on my waist with a white ruffled maxi skirt (think freepeople) & sandals (with a braid in my hair, of course)!
P.S. I think you might have started a baaaad (for my wallet) addiction! :)

I would chose the original mumu in teacup blue. I think I would style this with my favorite jean shorts (which I end up wearing all the time), a long statement necklace and chunky gold rings. Love your new design by the way, your blog has very quickly become one of my very favorites!

  • 50. Laura  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:45 am

Teacup blue is perfect! For now I’d pair it with my white cut-offs or my light distressed skinnies, but as it cools off into fall I’d belt it over a form-fitting tank dress with boots.

  • 51. Rebecca  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:46 am

I love the Retro Alexa! I would pair it with white semi-ripped/scratched skinny jeans (with the legs rolled up partially), the Mumu would be tied to one side exposing a hair of midriff, a pair of Jeffery Campbell blue peep-toe pumps and a statement necklace that drapes over the Mumu!

  • 52. Shannon  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:46 am

LOVE THESE THINGS! I would love the Original Mumu – Grandpa!!!! Such a gorgeous piece and a fun name too!!!! I would throw this over a bathing suit and head out to the beach on my bike!

So gorgeous! I love the Neon Flowers mumu – just the right amount of color and pop.

  • 54. Rashi  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:54 am

The Retro Alexa all the way! Id wear it to the beach with my bright turquoise bikini underneath and throw on a cute denim skirt with some straw espadrilles for night. Oh, and tons of beaded chains!

  • 55. Erin D.  |  July 12th, 2011 at 8:58 am

I love the butterbird mumu too! I would wear it with jeans shorts, tons of bangles and some Grecian sandals.

  • 56. celeste  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:03 am

I really love the teacup blue… but I kept going back to Mrs. Brady, so she truly has my heart. I’d wear her with white cut-offs and tan wedges and gold jewelry with a something neon pink thrown in. I love the 70′s styles coming back right now! (but I cannot condone Florence Henderson’s jellyfish haircut)

  • 57. thivia  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:05 am

I <3 the daleela dot! I would pair it with my lavender colored h&m almost-booty shorts and black wedges. Also maybe throw on the pair of LARGE gold hoops I got at TOPSHOP!
    :)

  • 58. Annette  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:11 am

Wow. These are fabulous. I love that you have included fashion on your blog. I think passion for graphic design so easily trancends to passion for all design. Keep up the great work.

I love the Mrs. Brady Original Mumu with the Sandy Longsleeve in peacock for a close second. I would wear it on a downtown date with the husband and pretend I’m somewhere with more of a glamorous summer than Alaska.

  • 59. Julie  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:11 am

Love the original-Tie Dye Pinkers…really cool and perfect for my trip to Croatia next month!

  • 60. Heather Peterson  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:14 am

One is not enough!! But definitely the Tie Dye Pinker is my cup of tea. Laid back and cute. Shorts and my longboard and messy hair. Perfect for a california day!

  • 61. Melanie  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:15 am

These mumus are so great and versatile. I love throwing something a bit oversized and light on, especially in the summertime. I am going on a trip to Kenya in August, and need more clothes like this mumu that are easy to pack, store, and throw on with a bathing suit and shorts. My personal favorite is the tie-dye pinkers print, because I love the bright and bohemian feel. I would wear it on my trip with denim cutoffs and a bikini when I’m at the beach, or tucked with linen shorts, sunnies, and a straw hat when I’m on safari!

  • 62. sarah  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:16 am

I love them all, but I’d probably buy the Brandenya. All these punkin little girls look so cute with their cutoffs and skinnys. I’d probably go with the skinnys and flats. Thanks so much…fun way to start my morning!

  • 63. anna  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:20 am

Love that butterbird print! the Bobby TankMu Yellow Butterbird would be my pick. I styled it with striped shorts & my cowboy boots at polyvore. perfect for an afternoon picnic! http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=33915811

  • 67. Viv  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:24 am

I love the Sandee Long Sleeves in White Chain. I’d wear a swim suit underneath and head down to the pool and enjoy a glass of mojito.

  • 68. Liz  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:27 am

  • 70. Meghan  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:29 am

I love the original mumu in tie dye pinkers! I would wear it as a very mini dress over some lace-embellished bicycle shorts I made for wearing under dresses on windy days. With a big belt, boots, and a floppy felt hat!

  • 71. Donnie  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:33 am

It’s TOO hard to choose!! Although I love the geometric patterns in Retro Alexa, I reaalllyyy love that “Teacup Blue” reminds me of the ocean! I’m thinking about wearing it over a white sundress for the summer and then some kelly green denim for Fall with a touch of pale pink!

  • 72. Karissa  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:35 am

I LOVE the neon flowers! It’s so feminine and fun. I think this would be my go-to, I would wear it all the time. Style: jean shorts, wedges, and layered gold chains with my 31 Bits beads. LOVE this!

  • 73. Courtney  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:40 am

I love the Tie-Dye Pinkers Mumu! I would most likely wear mine similar to how the model did with shorts, but I would also wear it tucked in a high waisted skirt!

  • 74. kristina morris  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:41 am

I love the neon flowers. It is so fun a fresh and you can do so much with it. I would tuck it in my highwaisted skinny jeans with my dark green vintage chanel heals OR (more of an ‘and’) I would layer it over my lace slip dress and pair it with an oversize sweater and ralph lauren loafers!

  • 75. Melissa Anderson  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:43 am

Firstly, I LOVE your blog. Keep up the great work and great design inspiration!
As for my fave mumu, gotta be the Neon Flowers. I’d rock this with dark skinny jeans, a neon yellow tank, a braided tan belt and bright blue suede flats. Perfectly perfect for those hectic photo shoot days!

  • 78. jessica  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:47 am

    love the original solid black!
    fingers crossed!

  • 79. laura  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:48 am

Hands down, I choose the Sandy Long Sleeve Black. “Fancy if you wish”-style please. And with the money I’d save winning it (ahem), I’d splurge on a uber chic-tastic Satya Twena accessory for my domepiece (the Denise, perhaps?) and I’d even brave my Steve Madden Riddgge wedges. Then I’d go on a badass picnic. With champagne.

  • 80. Rebecca  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:49 am

My favorite mumu is the IDREAMOFZEBRA…but there are so many pretty others, too… I’d wear my mumu w/ my bathing suit under and a cute pair of jean shorts, sunglasses, messy hair, sunscreen, beach bag and good book in hand. Going to the beach soon, so hooope I win :D

  • 81. Kit Kat  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:51 am

i absolutely lovelovelove the BLUE CHAINS mumu! perfect for my white cut off shorts (w. b&w ikat pockets that hang out), and my black & brown sling back peep toe wedges. not to mention tons of arm candy, beachy hair (or rolled back in 2 twisties on the side — my go-to hairstyle for my super long chestnut brown locks), cat eye / wing-tipped eyeliner, pale lips and my custom key necklace from bueno bueno! x

  • 82. Drew Humphries  |  July 12th, 2011 at 9:53 am

I ADORE the Original Bird mumu, paired with some leggings (gray is my favorite color) and a chunky gold vintage necklace with some strappy leather sandals, its perfect! :)

  • 86. megan  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:00 am

Been waiting for a Mumu giveaway from you Bri! ;)

I still can’t totally decide on just one but I love the Retro Alexa & the Daleela Dot Original Mumu OR the blue tribal sandy long sleeve – I’m a sucker for anything close to a zigzag or chevron! For work I would pair my mumu with flared jeans & wedges with a gold watch & stacks of bracelets. After work I’d throw on my worn-in denim shorts, a wide belt (half tuck the mumu) & my favorite statement necklace. Fingers crossed.

  • 87. D  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:01 am

I WANT/NEED the Original Bird Mumu – Turn The Corner!!
I’d wear it to work this summer with cropped jeans and wedges!! No beach necessary!

  • 88. Berns B  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:01 am

I live a short bike ride to the beach and one of these would quickly become my summer uniform! I’d wear it to the beach, the farmers market, everywhere… I adore the Original Mumu in Daleela Dot! The rich tones would be striking on my pale skin iwth my red hair, but what I really love is the mission behind the colaboration with Care for Kenya. I’d pair it w/some white cut-off shorts, my chunky gold sand dollar necklace and my Ralph Laruen Alexa sandals for a fun and easy beach trip.

  • 89. sarah  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:03 am

  • 93. Alexandria  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:18 am

I know summer fashion tends to be all about vibrant colors, but I couldn’t help but fall in love with the original mumu in Retro Alexa! I would pair it with a pair of short black shorts, my favorite brown leather sandals & skeleton key necklace, and I would finish off the look with a solid colored scarf wrapped around my hair (chartreuse, perhaps, for a splash of color!)

  • 94. Michelle  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:20 am

LOVE LOVE Tie-Dye Pinkers! I’m a sucker for anything pink or tie-dye! My second love would have to be Retro Alexa.

  • 95. Emily Reinhardt  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:21 am

I LOVE the neon flowers mumu! oh oh! pick me! I’ll put on some cute jean shorts, throw a funky scarf on my head that adds a new pattern (just like Bri’s taught us: http://www.designlovefest.com/2011/06/ode-to-scarves/ ) adorable!

  • 96. Courtney  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:27 am

I really love the neon flowers mumu. I would pair it with my dusty/dirty blue skinny jeans, my brown boots, and around the waist I will wear my purple belt (it has a palm sized tulle purple flower where it snaps).

You have a lovely looking blog also!
Best of luck to everyone here!

  • 97. Dani Boyd  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:35 am

The Neon Flowers mumu is definitely my fave. I need to add a little color to my summer wardrobe! I would wear it with a pair of cut off shorts or skinny jeans, brown wedges and a bunch of mixed media bracelets!

  • 99. Ashley  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:41 am

I love these! And I’ve never won anything in my life except Wicked tickets once here in NYC. And a jar of lemonheads in first grade.

My choice would be Turn the Corner and I’d wear it with LOTS of bracelets and cut off jeans. Or with a long skirt, all with Indian chappals. Or a million other ways!

  • 101. Samantha  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:47 am

  • 102. stephanie  |  July 12th, 2011 at 10:56 am

I love the Tie Dye Pinkers! I would wear it with big chunky nude wedges and gold jewelry to the pool/beach. Happy Summer!

  • 109. Mary Mullings  |  July 12th, 2011 at 11:22 am

ONE of my favorite Mumus, as hard as it is to pick just one, is the Neon Flowers Mumu. A go-to for styling any outfit, for me, is to mix floral and girly pieces with a tough vibe.
For a night out, I would throw on some black and gunmetal bracelets, black summer wedges, and dark wash skinnies. For a park picnic, light blue cut offs and layered shell and colorful necklaces. Oh, and, as always, I wouldn’t go anywhere without one of my custom made feather earrings!
The runner-up Mumus that also catch my eye are the Girafeebra (such a funny name!) and the Retro Alexa because, who doesn’t love Kenya?!
    Thanks, lovely ladies!

    XO

  • 120. Maria  |  July 12th, 2011 at 1:19 pm

These mumus are nothing like the ones I grew up wearing in Hawaii. My favorite is the IDreamofZebra. I’d pair the mumu tucked at the front, with my J Brand red jeans, cuffed, with mushroom colored oxfords, of course my Warby Parker glasses,a Chan Lou wrap bracelet, and one last detail, a simple long chain necklace, with a round charm.

  • 121. christina  |  July 12th, 2011 at 1:26 pm

I love the Idreamofzebra mumu or Daleela dot! Really can’t decide but everything they have is so cute! I’d wear this style of top with everything casually and could even layer under a sweater for an office/professional look. Everything they sell is so versatile and help support amazing and talented women!

  • 122. nicole bee  |  July 12th, 2011 at 1:27 pm

i love the butterbird best too! these are so cute.

  • 127. Kerry Scott  |  July 12th, 2011 at 1:53 pm

Personally, I think the AfriCAT Original Mumu is perfect for so many things; part graphic, part organic, all you have to do to style it is to throw on some bottoms (leggings, jeans, bandage skirt, etc.) and a pair of modesty dangly earrings in a color that does not match. Or, if you’re feelin’ a little crazy and have been in your fair share of weddings like me, you’d throw a light pink satin sash around your waist to show of the curves hidden under the mumu.

  • 128. Mary Kate  |  July 12th, 2011 at 2:06 pm

If I had to pick a Mumu to buy right now, it would be the blue teacup. I would belt it and pair it with skinny white jeans, cutoff jorts, or some super flared dark denim jeans. Really, there isn’t anything I wouldn’t wear this mumu with! Love it and my new Grandpa Tipsy pants! Lurve.

  • 129. erin  |  July 12th, 2011 at 2:17 pm

the tie-dye pinkers is definitely my favorite. i’d pair it with my brand-new red salt water sandals and a pair of cut offs. wish i had one to wear right this minute!

I would wear it with a pair of dark wash skinny jeans and either a bright scarf or my vintage pocket-watch necklace (if I was not wearing the scarf a nice pair of long earrings). Let’s not forget about shoes though, either a pair of boots (knee high) or a pair of nude pumps, or even a pair of sandales if I am feeling sassy! I love the website, truly a summer must-have, classic!

  • 136. Susie  |  July 12th, 2011 at 3:34 pm

teacup blue, s’il vous plait. I’d either pair it with my white skinny jeans OR I’m wearing a long dark blue skirt right now that it would be perfect with.

fingers, toes and eyes crossed that I’m the lucky one! (ok, not my eyes. keeping them crossed until friday would give me a headache).

  • 139. Rachel  |  July 12th, 2011 at 4:31 pm

Grandpa for sure! During the summer time I would wear as a dress with a black skinny belt, my favorite pair of gold flip flops and a cute hair clip. Try to offset the Grandpa with some girly flair. In the winter I would wear over some black leggings with my dark brown boots and a chunky gold necklace. I want it!!!

  • 140. emma  |  July 12th, 2011 at 4:40 pm

I’ve fallen in love with the Grandpa mumu but also, I really wanna know where they came up with that name for the design – completely love it!
And I would style it with one of my long sterling and bone layering necklaces, a thin choker, jeans and thong flip-flops I picked up from the Plaka in Athens (or a black one-piece and bare feet if I’m actually heading to the beach.

  • 141. Ashley  |  July 12th, 2011 at 5:09 pm

I would wear TeaCup Blue with EVERYTHING! (or nothing) but if I had to choose a way to wear it first, it would be a pair of white shorts with a fedora! On the beach!

  • 142. Jennifer  |  July 12th, 2011 at 5:23 pm

Neon Flowers original Mumu is my fav!! I would def put a skinny leather belt around it with skinny jeans and some gold sandals. Or I would wear it to the beach as a bright coverup. I just love the bright colors…they make me happy ;)

I am in love with the Mrs. Brady. It was what captivated me and led me to look at their other options! Living in Boston you embrace the seasons and I like to get a lot of wear out of my clothes and make them season less. I would love to wear them with my all saints harem pants, belted to create a waist and throw on tons of bangles paired with my favorite Madewell wood wedges!

Or with a pair of dark blue skinny jeans and brown leather platform heels. A long gold/bronze colored necklace with the same colored assortment of bangles or a gigantic ring. Or killer gold dangle earrings with said assortment of bangles. I love this, the options are endless… =]

  • 173. cassie robertson  |  July 13th, 2011 at 7:50 am

granny mumu!! tucked into a high wasted skirt, cute leather braided belt, red lipstick, and summertime oxfords! yay!

  • 180. Ida Fung  |  July 13th, 2011 at 12:25 pm

I love the original mumu retro alexa! My style is all about simplicity, comfort and funky. I’d wear the mumu with my favorite pair of black stretch skinnies. I can easily go from day to night with cute strappy flats for daytime and then switch to my favorite platform Dolce Vita heels for going out at night!

  • 181. Kecia Spears  |  July 13th, 2011 at 12:38 pm

So many to pick from! I have to go with Blue Chains as that is the perfect shade of blue!

  • 182. Kecia Spears  |  July 13th, 2011 at 12:40 pm

In my excitement, I forgot to add how I’d style it! I have a pair of blue pumps that match the Blue Chains perfect! So to dress it up a bit I’d wear it with skinny jeans and those pumps. For a more dressed down day look, I’d go with some cutoff shorts and gold gladiator sandals. Oh yes…gotta love a piece that is versatile!

  • 183. Allie Gullett  |  July 13th, 2011 at 1:13 pm

LOVE the blue chains mumu. I’d wear it with skinny jeans, gold flats, and lots of skinny gold bangles!

  • 184. Chelsea C.  |  July 13th, 2011 at 2:04 pm

Loving the Original Mumu in Tie-Dye Pinkers! So gorgeous — and the description is adorable. I’m thinking some frayed denim shorts, gladiator sandals, all of my bracelets stacked on one arm, and my hair in a messy topknot. Done.

  • 185. kyla  |  July 13th, 2011 at 2:27 pm

I’m so torn between the yellow bluebird or the retro alexa! They’re both pretty rad but so flirty…I’d pair with my Joe’s distressed jeans shorts and a distress brown belt…with my EmersonMade gold necklace and glitter gold Jeffery Campbell flip flops…oh it would be so lovely!

  • 186. Hannah Jubal  |  July 13th, 2011 at 2:39 pm

The RETRO ALEXA is beautiful and it’s fabulous that the proceeds go to reaching vulnerable women in Kenya! I would wear it w/wo black tights tucked partially into grey pleated high-waisted shorts with oxfords or flats with a long necklace and bracelets.

  • 187. melanie  |  July 13th, 2011 at 3:02 pm

MRS. BRADY please! i’d pair this fabulous mumu with a pair of jorts (jean shorts…) cut offs, my bright coral bandeau bra, and pair of tan wedges. i’d accessorize with my chunky turquoise necklace and possibly a headband…for pure 70′s awesomeness.

  • 197. Brianna  |  July 14th, 2011 at 3:14 pm

Pretty darn smitten with the Blue Chains Mumu. I would style it….with my white, silky shorts, a big summer straw hat and either knee high brown boots or some sassy espadrilles (depending on the tricky Seattle summer weather). Heck, maybe I’d just sleep in it and never change outfits!

  • 198. Alexa Winters  |  July 14th, 2011 at 4:05 pm

Most definitely the “Turn the Corner” Original Bird Mumu! The mix of patterns and color caught my eye first glance :) I’d pair it with a some black lacy shorts and my camel colored booties. Then, layer on some of my home crafted bracelets and head out to walk the streets of the best city in the world, Chicago :)

  • 199. Jillian  |  July 14th, 2011 at 4:15 pm

    *NeOn FlOwErS*
the the bright colors in this one are completely necessary for summertime!
i’d rock it with my white sheer maxi skirt, tucked tiny bit in the front with some platforms. My only fear is that I’d never take this thing off!

    vacation—the best accessory ever.

  • 201. Bursha  |  July 14th, 2011 at 6:50 pm

The original mumu Tribal brown. This would be perfect to go under the boring suits Ihave to wear to work everyday. It would give my outfit a touch of style and excitement while maintaining the conservative look of someone in the corporate world.

  • 202. Jenni From the Hood  |  July 15th, 2011 at 8:55 am

I am loving the Sandee Long Sleeve Gold Chain Mumu. The Hubs is from Hawaii and he fully support the carefree casual lounge look. This would work well with short shorts, skinny skirt or over a swim suit. The colors/pattern is a nice neutral and a must for California livin.

  • 203. rachel thomas  |  July 15th, 2011 at 9:40 am

  • 205. Meg  |  July 15th, 2011 at 10:06 am

Love the MU DALEELA DOT mumu! I’d style it with skinny jeans and my adorable gold flats. Throw in some gold jewelry (minimal so as not to draw away from the adorable mumu pattern) and I’d have a great date outfit!

  • 206. jenn {bow tie & bustle}  |  July 15th, 2011 at 10:09 am
